Capability Building – Learn how to get the right contractors - partners - mentors or employees
Capacity Building – Learn to align offline/online systems and processes for economies of speed and scale
Personal and Organisational Routines and Habits – Set Annual / 91 days / Weekly milestones
Conclusion - Feedback and set next level goals and milestones

Methodology

(42 Online Sessions)

Four highly interactive sessions pm X 10 months as follows:
One (90 – 120 minutes) Input Session per month X 10 months
One (90 – 120 minutes) Group Coaching Session per month X 10 months
One (30 – 60 minutes) Personal Coaching Session per month X 10 months
One (90 – 120 minutes) 1-to-many interactive Round Table Session X 10 months

Additionally, two programme review sessions as follows:
One Mid-programme Review session – after 5 months
One End of programme Review session
