This is how checks and balances are established – at every level.
And each level then functions interdependently.
This is only possible when your personnel are above a particular level. If they are not up to this level, you will only end up going round in circles.
The process does not happen overnight.
It is painstakingly established, put into place and rigorously enforced until it is done every single time.
Every single communication speaks volumes about your organization. Point is, are you proud of the message being put out?
Every person must begin with the basics, work with the basics and work on the basics – every single day until it is internalized by the person and the organization. Then, take up the next set of basics and do it till it is internalized by the individual, team and organization. And so on.
