Why this EIDP?

A Solopreneur is a Do-it-Yourself Business Operator; whilst an entrepreneur/intrapreneur structures a system that delivers what is required through competent others in an optimal, scalable and profitable manner.

This requires an appropriate vision, mind-set, skill-sets, relationships, ability to create required capacities and develop capabilities – possibly even without having requisite resources and in the presence of other constraints.

To develop the acumen that can recognise which problems could be easily turned into scalable businesses.

And internalising the framework that can repeatedly be applied consistently in the right sequence to deliver the goods.

The Solopreneur immerses self in operations whilst an entrepreneur/intrapreneur gets competent others run and manage operations.

The Solopreneur keeps managing the team / operations himself; whereas an  astute entrepreneur/intrapreneur steps out of even managing the operations by getting a competent CEO/Manager/Supervisor or even hire a management team to manage the day-to-day operations / operating team.

A Solopreneur cannot afford world-class employees or professionals; whereas an entrepreneur/intrapreneur is able to do so by structuring a higher-level Business Model that generates enough profitability and profits from a higher value proposition serving a higher needs and wants of higher-level customers.

Because the transition from Business Operator to Enterprise Owner is too big; it has been split into 2 transitions: Internal and External

1. Entrepreneur/Intrapreneur Development – To do the internal work with the entrepreneur/intrapreneur; and
2. Enterprise Building – External work with the team to build the enterprise/Division/Vertical.

This module is an Entrepreneur/Intrapreneur Development Programme wherein the Coach works with you as an individual participant. In the subsequent Enterprise-building Programme, we will work with the team as well.
