Your passions spark you. They make you jump out of bed every day and keep you out of bed most of the day too.

Check whether your project/goal really sparks you. Do you naturally feel like going on and on and on, working on your project/goal? If not, its time for a reality check: either you have not truly connected with your passions or your project/goal is way out of sync with your passions. If you are not enrolled into it; it is going to be hard work making it happen.

On the contrary, if you are truly excited and gung-ho about it; using every available scrap of time to work on your project/goal it is evident that you are truly passionate about it. Working on your project/goal energizes you. Your enthusiasm, commitment and perseverance will attract quality people and resources and making it happen will become easier and effortless by the day.

People who are passionate about what they do; don’t really retire. After all what would you retire from?
