3 Levels of Thinking
There are 3 distinct levels of thinking:
* Paradigms
* Strategic
* Tactical
These distinctions enable us to become aware of what is our “normal” manner of thinking and what we are capable of.
Thereafter, we can use this personal insight and distinction to set up and structure appropriate collaborations or in include persons capable of other levels of thinking in our networks.
PARADIGM-SHIFT has the most-profound on a person’s/group’s/organizations way of being/living/operating. It completely alters perception, attitudes, beliefs and actions.
Eg. The shift from “Turning Competence into Money” to “Turning Passion into Prosperity” is a paradigm-shift in Thinking, Beliefs, Core Emotions and Actions.
Strategic Thinking has the next most profound impact- however; within the existing paradigm.
Eg. Focusing on creating out-bound opportunities through Marketing and Sales Vs swiftly capitalizing on incoming opportunities are distinctive strategies.
Tactical Thinking operates within the parameters of the existing paradigm and strategy.
Eg. You work with the same set of people and experiment with varying your communication; incentives, activities etc.
Tactical thinking will keep you at an “Operations” level of fire-fighting and temporary solutions.
Strategic thinking will enable you to raise your game from being a manager to being a leader and operating with a higher/superior perspective.
Paradigm-shifts enable you to change your game, your life and your destiny.
