The next 2 years he worked with the top management of four of the group companies; mentoring the respective MDs, developing Intrapreneurs, right positioning key executives and fine-tuning their roles, responsibilities, establishing accountabilities and setting up metrics to monitor performance and contribution. He now worked simultaneously with three youngsters for NextGen Successor Grooming.
