Be extremely alert to how you are using your mind.
You must use your mind in the following manner:
- Single-mindedly focused on your healing (not on your myriad other issues)
- Positively (not negatively or Mixed ie. positive and negative)
- Positively certain (not negatively hopeful)
- Relaxed and peaceful (not stressed and fearful)
This is easily said than done.
However, here is a tip: You are not your thoughts. So that means you and your thoughts are distinct and separate. Now the question arises: are you controlling your thoughts or are your thoughts controlling you?
The answer to that question determines your destiny – either way!
