What are the top 3 challenges of an ambitious entrepreneur?

1. It’s lonely at the top!
We all require that special someone to talk to:
1.1. Whom we can completely trust
1.2. Who understands us in our own context
1.3. Who confidently believes in us even when we don’t believe in our own selves

So, Challenge # 1 is: Not having a Resource to critically think through vital issues

2. An entrepreneur is accountable to nobody!
An entrepreneur comes, when s/he wants; and goes when s/he wants! An entrepreneur does what s/he wants and does not do what s/he does not want to do. On the face of it, it might demonstrate freedom – what entrepreneurship is all about. But, it is not really so. This is what keeps an entrepreneur –
2.1. Within his/her comfort zone
2.2. Compromise standards and
2.3. Operate at a fraction of their potential

So, Challenge # 3 is not having a person of integrity; firmly hold up the mirror to you and confront you be the best person you could ever be!

3. Many entrepreneurs lack structures
3.1. To choose the right game to play
3.2. Raise their game in a manner that propels them to the top of the league
3.3. Play to win (rather than to not lose)

Challenge # 3 is the inability of putting into place the right team and structures into place!
