1. IDENTIFY the selfless and visionary contributors who focus on systemically structuring and leveraging knowledge, learning and innovation to orchestrate ongoing, uplifting social contribution.
2. Bring them together into a MASTERMIND Group
3. SCHEDULE a structured meeting once a month to brainstorm on current concerns / issues; pick one to work on immediately in the said meeting and leave only once a solution is structurally spelt out with clear action points and tasks clearly assigned with time lines and budgets.
4. Put an ACCOUNTABILITY Structure in place to ensure reminders are sent ahead of time and follow through is initiated for work not reported back in time and matter escalated progressively
5. Ensure practical IMPLEMENTATION and integration of projects into the operational flow
6. Have a mature L3 Leader to oversee and ensure continued synergy in the MasterMind group
