How To Master One’s Thoughts
So I have been asked this question
The first thing to know is that thoughts are packets of energy.
Every thought has a particular vibration
Based on our vibration, we attract certain kinds of thoughts.
Conversely, if you want to change your vibration, you can do so by consciously controlling your thoughts.
The second thing to know and become aware of is that you are distinct from your thoughts.
In other words, you are not your thoughts.
When you are able to recognize this distinction, you actually put yourself into a position of controlling your thoughts; rather than being controlled by them.
The way to control your thoughts is to
1. Becoming aware of the thought that you are now holding in your consciousness
2. Choosing whether to accept it and continuing to hold it; or to dropping it by replacing with a better or superior thought of your choice.
Third thing to know is that
• When you hold a singular thought for 17 seconds, you initiate the process of turning this intangible thought into a tangible thing.
• When you focus your attention on a singular thought for 68 seconds, the universe responds by organizing itself a bit toward making this thought into a thing or result or outcome.
The way to develop this ability is through regular meditation.
The way to restructure your outside world and results is by regularly focusing on that ONE OUTCOME you want, and keep taking small actions DAILY toward that RESULT.
When thought and actions get aligned and concerted effort is applied through aligned INTENTION, the result is inevitable.
